  • A question,
I want to use the routingslip method to send a mail by word vba but windows
messaging doesnt recognize my name. First initials and then name doesn't
exist in the groupwise adressbook, strange.
What I want to do is send a mail from excel vba. The mail must have a
subject, from adress, to adress and body text filled in in the code and no
attachment. I used cdo (collaborate data objects) but the firewall blocks
it, i used word sendmail (has no subject, body property) and excel sendmail
(has no body property and always an irritating xls attachment. I want to
fill the body text with vba variables. At our office we don't have outlook
(express) add-inns or ActiveX so I can't use outlook methods.
    Does anyone has a solution?
    Thanks a lot
