Microsoft Software & Solutions: Links not working from Run or in Office

• Following the June 14 Updates when I click on on start-run and type in url I
  get error that says "application not found". When I click on links in Office
  or Outlook nothing happens. I did a systeme restore and rolled back the
  updates and everything worked. When I re-installed the updates the same
  problem re-occurred. Microsoft has to be aware of this. My system is a Dell
  3000 Dimension.

• 1. Yeah I had the same problem and I've tried everything. I even went and tried
     the update again and found a helper with the error messge it was giving me.
     I did all it said and it still didn't work.
