Microsoft Server: Access Resources in .Net Controls

  • I'm creating a group of controls, and in an upcoming control I want to store some graphics as resourses so that I can use them in my control without the user having to set them up. I've seen this done with things like javascript and css, but I don't know the code to access an embedded resource from within a control. I've seen the code before, but it's been a long time and I can't seem to find any documentation on MSDN, google, or even here. Anyone got any ideas?

    Thanks in advance,

    1. Microsoft has introduced code in Whidbey (ASP.NET 2.0) to handle this. Read thisarticle. You can follow its technique to build it yourself, if you are so inclined.
